Medicare Made Clear.
Decisions Made Easy.
Transitioning to Medicare? I help people like you understand your options clearly—so you can choose the right coverage with confidence.
Understanding Medicare, Step by Step
Medicare doesn't have to be overwhelming. I break down each part so you understand exactly what you're getting—and what might be missing.
Original Medicare (Parts A & B)
This is traditional Medicare, run by the federal government. Part A covers hospital stays, and Part B covers doctor visits and outpatient care. It's the starting point for everyone on Medicare.
Medicare Supplement (Medigap)
These plans help cover costs that Original Medicare doesn't pay—like copays, coinsurance, and deductibles. You can see any doctor who accepts Medicare, anywhere in the country.
Medicare Advantage (Part C)
These are private plans that bundle Parts A, B, and often D, sometimes with extras like vision or dental. But the tradeoffs are real: you're usually limited to the plan's network, many services require prior authorization, and benefits can change every year. And switching back to a Medigap plan later often requires medical underwriting—so you may not qualify.
Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D)
If you take regular medications, Part D helps cover the cost. You can add this to Original Medicare, or it may already be included in a Medicare Advantage plan.
Every Situation Is Different
The "best" Medicare plan depends on your health, budget, doctors, and lifestyle. That's why I take time to understand your specific needs before making any recommendations.

Protection for the Gaps Medicare Doesn't Cover
A Medicare Supplement is a strong foundation—but it doesn't cover everything. These plans help protect your health and your savings where Original Medicare falls short.
Dental, Vision & Hearing
Original Medicare doesn't cover routine dental, vision, or hearing care. A standalone Dental, Vision & Hearing plan helps with cleanings, fillings, eye exams, glasses, hearing exams, and hearing aids—so you're covered where Medicare isn't.
- See any dentist you choose
- Build the plan around what you need
- No networks required
Cancer Insurance
A cancer plan pays a lump-sum cash benefit directly to you upon a first diagnosis of covered cancer. Use it however you need—treatment costs, travel, lost income, or everyday bills—on top of whatever other coverage you already have.
- Cash paid directly to you
- Use it for anything
- Pays in addition to other insurance
